Jenn Labit never forgets where her business started….with $100 investment beginning with baby slings and clothing. As a Dave Ramsey listener, I remember the first time I heard the story of Jenn and Jimmy’s lay-offs in 2002 and the business that bloomed out of creative, entrepreneurial thinking.
For years they worked to feed the business, never acquiring any debt along the way. She was a WAHM in every way.
Now, 10 years later (and the CEO of a multimillion dollar company that is constantly striving to serve her local community and world!) she remembers those who are where she was in 2002. WAHMs are driven by their desire to create, serve and satisfy customers.
This holiday season Cotton Babies brings us Stashing Through The Snow!
This holiday season, we’re celebrating good gifts!
We’re excited to unveil a full line of holiday-themed cloth diapers created by work-from-home moms and artisans through our new program, Stashing Through The Snow! Featuring an exclusive diaper each day between Thanksgiving and Christmas, Stashing Through the Snow will celebrate the works of 15 moms throughout the U.S., giving our customers an opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind diapers. Each cloth diaper is an exclusive print, available in limited quantities only at Cotton Babies, while supplies last. We’re excited to showcase to this talented group of moms, and hope you are too.
I am excited for the exposure these talented WAHMs will receive. I’ve used many of their diapers and eagerly look forward to learning about new small businesses.
Each day on the Cotton Babies blog you will have the chance to read about one of the chosen WAHMs.
Below is a list with a link to their profile (some have not published yet).

But, I encourage you to seek out the WAHM store and look for items there. Remember, these are moms making diapers out of their kitchen or workroom. They can only make so many diapers for their growing customer base!
Like Cotton Babies, I love bringing new companies to your eyes. Every big company started somewhere and you really never know who will be the next Jenn Labit ;)
If you can’t get your hands on one of the 14 WAHMs participating in Stashing Through The Snow, check out these other adorable Christmas diapers! (link may direct you to one diaper but there are others in their shop)
