Doing it yourself is often the cheapest way to get things done. Not this time. You couldn’t make a wipes solution this inexpensive at home if you tried. All you have to do is add hot water and allow to cool. It couldn’t get any better. Or could it? Not only inexpensive and easy, this wipes solution is also made of natural ingredients that work.

Just one bag of Scarlet’s Hiney Honey Bites makes 120 oz of wipes solution. That is thirteen 9oz spray bottles. Scarlet’s Naturals began when a mom created natural products to use on her own daughter’s sensitive skin and now has grown with her passion to share these same amazing products with families everywhere.

Scarlet's Hiney Honey Bites

I received Scarlet’s Hiney Honey Bites for purpose of a review. I received no further compensation. All opinions and statements expressed here are honest and true.

I love how easy it is to make this. If you’ve been following the blog you know I love pretty smelling things. And this stuff comes in love spell! Come on…!!! There’s also a bunch of of other amazing scents and also unscented for sensitive skin. This is one of my go-to wipes solutions. I only use cloth wipes and keeping a spray solution at the changing table and in the diaper bag is a must. Scarlet’s is a no brainer for me and I hope you will check this and their other awesome products out! I often recommend her products for mom’s looking for natural or organic alternatives.

Ingredients: Cocos Nucifera (Coconut Oil), Elaeis guineensis (Palm) Oil, Carthamus tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Vegetable Glycerin, Honey, Aqua (Purified Water), Sodium, Sorbitan Oleate, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Protein, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Seed Extract

Supplies you will need:

  • Empty spray bottle (I recycled one I had, but something from the Dollar Store would work)
  • Measuring cup
  • 1 Scarlet’s Hiney Honey Bite per 3 oz of water
  • HOT water

Step 1:

Hot water…The hot water from your sink should be sufficient to melt the bites. Mine was 118 degrees and completely dissolved the Hiney Honey Bites in less than five minutes.

My spray bottle holds approx. 8 oz of liquid. So I used 3 Hiney Honey Bites. It’s one per 3 oz, but I didn’t think a little extra would hurt.

I literally just dropped the Bites in the hot water and walked away. When I came back 5 minutes later they had completely dissolved.

Step 2:

Pour solution into your spray bottle. Close securely and shake.

shake

THAT’S IT! Be sure to allow to completely cool before using on your little one.

Now you have 13 -nine oz spray bottles of solution at your fingertips for just one $6 bag of Scarlet’s Hiney Honey Bites.

Hi, I’ll have to update the post. Scarlet’s closed last year. I was very sad to see them go.

I use cloth wipes and I make my own solution (distilled water, witch hazel, argan oil and a tiny bit of California Baby shampoo) that I put in a glass spray bottle. But I love the idea of using a pre-made wipes solution like this! Thanks for the blog post and the giveaway opportunity!

I love wipe solutions because they just feel more natural then using disposable wipes. It helps that they smell great too.
